Brotherhood
Our men’s ministry at Pleasant View Baptist strives to minister to people’s needs and to
reach people with the Gospel through various projects including building wheel-chair ramps, raking leaves, providing food for families in need at Thanksgiving and Christmas and through Disaster Relief. They also hold a monthly breakfast and enjoy time in fellowship with one
another.
Sisters in Service
This is a powerful ministry for women who desire to minister to the needs of other
women. Sisters in Service do a number of service projects to share the love of Christ with the people of Clarksville and put together events that allow women to dig deeper into God’s Word and His purpose for their lives.
Kids Ministry
Pleasant View offers children a place to learn about the love of Jesus through our Sunday
School ministry. Classes are at 10 o’clock each Sunday morning. We also have a Wednesday night AWANA program which starts at 6 o’clock, featuring a meal and Bible activities for all age groups at 5:30. Due to the ongoing pandemic, AWANA has been temporarily put on pause, but we hope to resume these soon!
Youth
The Youth Group here at Pleasant View gives students (6 th to 12 th grades) a welcoming
environment to grow in their relationship with Christ while building relationships with others. They have a meal each Wednesday night at 5:30 p.m. and then games, activities, worship, and lessons designed to help teens grow in faith with Christ. Due to the ongoing pandemic, these activities have been temporarily halted, but we hope to resume these soon!
